Fly to London.
Day 2 – London
Welcome to the largest city in Europe! Take a London City Tour with an expert guide to see Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and other highlights. Also visit historic Westminster Abbey, scene of royal weddings and coronations.
Day 3 – London
Today is free for adventure and discovery with your advisors. Option: Tour Stratford-upon-Avon, birth place of William Shakespeare. Also visit the magnificent 14th century Warwick Castle. This evening, enjoy dinner in lively Covent Garden.
Day 4 – Paris
Travel by Chunnel under the Channel to France. Arrive in Paris, the glorious City of Lights.
Day 5 – Paris
Bon jour! Your day begins with a Paris City Tour. See the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, and tour the cathedral of Notre Dame. Option: Take a twilight Bateau Mouche cruise along the romantic Seine this evening.
Day 6 – Paris – Madrid
Tour the magnificent Palace of Versailles to see its formal gardens, State apartments and the luxurious Hall of Mirrors. Transfer to the airport for your one-way flight to Spain’s vibrant capital of Madrid.
Day 7 – Madrid
A guided Madrid City Tour takes you to the Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum to view the art treasures of Spain including Goya’s Majas and Spain’s favorite painting, Las Meninas by Velázquez.
Day 8 – Madrid

Day 9 – Barcelona
Transfer by train to Barcelona, a Mediterranean seaport and capital of Catalonia.

Explore Barcelona on a City Tour. See the Barrio Gotico, Plaza de España, Palacio Nacional, then visit the breathtaking Church of the Sagrada Familia. In the evening, your courier will guide you on a walking tour of Las Ramblas, the vibrant avenues of flower vendors, bird sellers, acrobats and musicians.
Day 11 – Nîmes
Travel through Narbonne, an ancient Mediterranean city in France. In Nîmes visit the Amphitheatre built by Romans in the first century AD, and the Maison Carrée, a Roman temple dating from the time of Augustus.
Day 12 – Nice
Travel through Arles and Aix-en-Provence, the charming city filled with hundreds of fountains. Arrive in Nice, Queen of the French Riviera.
Day 13 – Nice
Bonjour! Take a guided tour of Monaco to see the casinos, the Palais du Prince and tour the Musée Océanographique. Visit a perfume factory near the hilltop village of Èze, then back to Nice for free time.
Day 14 – Florence
Stop in Pisa to view the famous architectural wonder, the Leaning Tower. Arrive in Florence, birthplace of the Renaissance.
Day 15 – Florence
Take a guided Florence City Tour to see the highlights including Ghiberti’s Gates of Paradise. Proceed to Accademia, home to Michelangelo’s David. Shop for bargains at the Straw Market or visit Mercato Nuovo this afternoon. Option: Tour the Uffizi Gallery.
Day 16 – Rome
Travel to the Eternal City via Siena, an authentic Tuscan hill-town. Discover Rome on this evening’s walking tour with your courier to the beautiful Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps.
