Complete information is required for airline ticketing and must be received no later than 60 days prior to travel. Failure to provide the required information could result in the loss of your airline seat and is NOT grounds for cancellation or any refund. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to have a valid passport at the time of travel and any required visas.
